Usually, after training everyone heads to the pub. You don't have to go but it can be fun, also gives us a reason to update the website with photos and general sillyness.
There are also organised socials to coincide with seasonal events, or after gradings and competitions.
Here is a list of the aikidoka friendly pubs. I will put links to there sites if they have them. There will be at some point a map showing all the pubs, and (for those like myself who have no sense of direction) routes from the dojo.
